Methods 37 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax patients, are used minimally invasive single-lumen central venous catheters inserted chest tube followed continuous closed drainage water seal bottle. Results 37 cases of spontaneous cure in 32 cases, improved in 2 cases and 3 cases, the cure rate of 91.89% improvement. Conclusion Minimally invasive single-lumen central venous catheters placed in the chest treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax, efficacy significantly less complications in clinical application.
