Methods Experiment 1: LPS group of mice 15 ~ 17d of gestation by intraperitoneal injection of LPS, LPS AA Group in LPS pre-and / or the treatment given by the intraperitoneal injection of AA, such as the capacity of the control group was given saline or AA. All pregnant rats were killed at 18d of gestation. Conclusions AA preconditioning by inhibiting LPS induced oxidative stress, preventing LPS cause IUFD, IUGR and bone growth retardation; AA treatment against post-treatment and prognosis of IUGR caused by LPS and bone growth retardation, but LPS induced IUFD had no significant protective effect.
