摘要 PAGE \* ROMAN \* MERGEFORMATVI 基于平衡计分卡的江西省农业发展银行绩效评价体系研究 摘要 本文以江西省农业发展银行为研究对象，通过阅读国内外相关文献，首先阐述了绩效考评相关理论。针对国内银行业普遍采用单一的财务指标进行绩效评价，指出了传统绩效考评存在的缺陷。通过对江西省农业发展银行经营业绩和竞争优势的状况对银行实施平衡计分卡方法进行绩效评估的必要性做出了相应分析，在此基础上详细的介绍了所建立的模型。然后对该模型所使用到的一些理论进行了综合分析，从而对江西省农业发展银行当前正在使用的绩效考评指标体系进行了评估，指出这种方法中存在的一些问题。通过对江西省农业发展银行的实地调研，认为江西省农业发展银行具备实施平衡计分卡方法的相应条件，按照该银行当前所提出的发展目标,结合实际经营状况,按照该方法对未来的经营策略提出了相关建议措施，并对所提出的经营策略和绩效考核指标所具有的联系进行了研究,主要的目的是为了帮助该银行在未来的发展过程中把所制定的策略和目标具体的转化成行动，从而大大的提高银行在市场上的竞争力。对于相关的措施还提出了比较具体的实施方案，设定了新的绩效考评体系。最后分析了平衡计分卡在应用的时候由于客观实际情况可能会遇到哪些障碍，然后针对可能遇到的问题提出了相应的解决对策以及为政策性银行进行绩效评价提供了新的思路和工具。 关键词：绩效评价，政策性银行，平衡计分卡，江西省农业发展银行 Abstract BASED ON THE BALANCED SCORECARD PERFORMANCE EVALUTION SYSTEM OF JIANGXI AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT BANK OF RESEARCH ABSTRACT In this paper, Jiangxi Agricultural Development Bank as the object of study, by reading the relevant literature at home and abroad, first described the performance evaluation theory.
