Methods: 80 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups, one group of conventional treatment group (A group), another group on the basis of the above-mentioned treatment was added 100 Austrian Lumbrokinase oral (B group), observation the two groups before and after treatment of plasma endothelin and left ventricular diastolic function changes.
