Methods 100 cases of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)-positive pregnant women 28,32,36 weeks of gestation was injected by 200 IU of hepatitis B immune globulin for immune group, 42 patients with HBsAg-positive pregnant women during pregnancy for various reasons were not injected with hepatitis B immune globulin, non-immune group. on all deliveries newborns by fluorescence quantitative (PCR) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detected serum HBV  DNA content and hepatitis B two pairs of semi-HBsAg, hepatitis B virus surface antibody (HBsAb), hepatitis B virus e antigen (HBeAg), hepatitis B virus e antibody (HBeAb), hepatitis B virus core antibody (HBcAb), while the placenta determined by immunohistochemical markers of HBV infection in HBsAg and HBcAg. Results Immunohistochemistry neonatal HBV infection rate was 5.0% (5 / 100) infection rate of non-immunized group was 16.7% (7 / 42), 2 group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05); passive immunity to placental HBV infection rate 35.0% (35/100), non-immune group 59.5% (25/42), 2 group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 7.29, P lt;0.01) Conclusion passive immunization can reduce the incidence of HBV intrauterine infection, HBV intrauterine infection and placental infection.
