[Conclusion] should try to shorten the operative time, tightly sutured dura mater to prevent cerebrospinal fluid leakage, and strictly control ventricular drainage time, to minimize the brain in patients after a variety of drainage tube placement and retention time, etc., can reduce the brain after cranial infection from occurring. [Conclusion] To shorten the operation time as long as possible, tighten dural closure to prevent leakage of cerebrospinal fluid, with strict control of the indwelling time, reduce the number of drainage  tube and shorten indwelling time after neurosurgery operation as possible as we can, can reduce the possibility of intracranial infection after neurosurgery operation.
