The weight variation, resolving time and grain roundness were used as criteria in the best dripping condition.Results The optimum dripping condition was as the follows: the temperature was 90 ℃ , the internal diameter of burette was 4.5 mm, dripping speed was 50 drops per minute, and dripping distance was 6 cm.Conclusion The moulding technics are feasible and in accordance with the quality standards of total salvianolic acid dripping pills.
