 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 20 Children Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Clinical analysis of 336 cases of 【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) of the clinical features and treatment programs. Methods: August 2001 ~ October 2007 in our hospital 336 cases of hospitalized children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura features the incidence, clinical manifestations, and prognosis of kidney damage areas related factors were analyzed retrospectively. Results: (1) 2001 ~ 2007 constituted more than a year of hospitalization followed by 0.91%, 1.12%, 1.25%, 1.28%, 1.35%, 1.48% and 1.71%. (2) 213 cases of children in rural areas, accounting for 63.39%. (3) incentive: infectious factors, 216 cases (64.29%), eating a special food-borne 64 (19.04%), drug-induced 56 cases (16.67%). (4) Winter incidence of 148 cases (44.04%), spring incidence of 130 cases (38.69%). (5) The symptoms of renal disease 64 cases (19.04%), joint symptoms occurred in 74 cases (22.02%), gastrointestinal symptoms occurred in 70 cases (20.82%). (6), serum IgA increased 58 cases (17.26%), IgE increased 102 cases (30.35%). (7) Prognosis: cured 276 cases (82.14%), improvement in 32 cases (9.52%). Conclusions: (1) HSP prevalence rate tended to increase year by year; higher incidence of rural children; winter and spring, a good fat. (2) The incidence of infection is still an incentive for the first one. (3) should pay attention to children with Henoch purpura multi-system damage, such as skin, joints, gastrointestinal tract, kidney and so on. (4) The incidence and upper respiratory tract infection and related immune dysfunction.
