Methods A 1:2 matched case - control epidemiological study design, selected by Ningxia Medical Hospital pediatric hospital for children diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma, aplastic anemia, 51 patients, and patients choose the hospital with the blood of patients with non-hospitalized children over the same period, 99 cases were collected by questionnaire two groups of general social demographic characteristics, past medical history, children’s exposure to harmful substances during pregnancy history of mothers, indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, and family history information. The data analyzed by univariate and multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results pets at home can increase the risk of suffering from diseases of the blood of three (P lt;0.10, OR = 2.21), history of past infection with the three diseases, the proportion of children suffering from higher (P lt;0.10, OR = 2.44), bedroom floor suffering from radioactive materials, decoration materials for the high risk of the three diseases in the control group (P lt;0.05, OR = 3.99), living room decorated in the 60d or less stay leukemia risk increased (P lt;0.05, OR = 16.2). Conclusion family pet, a past infection, room decoration for children leukemia, ML, AA three common blood disease risk factors.
