Methods of Shenyang Stomatology Hospital in 2005  01 ~ 2007  12, respectively iodoform gauze (A group), absorbable hemostatic gauze (B group) and fibrin glue (C) three kinds of filling approach to cleft palate surgery relaxation incision, and Postoperative changes in body temperature, bleeding, diet, such as wound healing were compared. The results of absorbable hemostatic gauze filling (B group) and filled with fibrin glue (C) Postoperative response to light, wound healing and the restoration of a normal diet significantly shorter. C group and B group and A group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.01). Conclusion relaxation incision cleft palate repair using absorbable hemostatic gauze filling and filling with fibrin glue compared with iodoform gauze packing more conducive to children with postoperative rehabilitation.
