Our department in January 2005 -2007 outpatient treatment in December children 18 cases of herpes zoster, are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information 18 cases are my out-patient children. Kindergartens which 9 cases (50%), grade 4 cases (22.22%), scattered (not nursery) in 5 cases (27.78%). Male and 10 cases (55.56%) 8 females (44.44%). the oldest 10 years old, minimum 1 year of age, 8 to 10 years and 7 cases (38.89%), 6 to 7 years in 5 cases (27.78%), 4 to 5 years in 4 cases (22.22%) 2 to 3 years, 1 (5.56%), 1 to 2 years in 1 case (5.56%). 1.2 Distribution of children with onset of the spring season in 8 cases (44.44%), summer in 2 cases (11.11%), fall in 2 cases (11.11%), 6 cases in winter (33.33%). 1.3 The clinical course of 18 cases of children with an average of 3.5 days before treatment .4 cases no obvious incentive prior to the onset, 14 cases of children with obvious incentive prior to the onset (1 patient before the onset of diarrhea, 10 cases prior to the onset of upper respiratory infection, 2 cases movement prior to the onset of fatigue, 1 patient trauma before the onset). rashes in 2 patients (11.11%) occurred at the right face, 1 patient (5.56%) occurred in the left face, 5 cases (27.78%) occurred in the right chest back, 2 cases (11.11%) occurred at the left waist, and 1 (5.56%) occur in the right flank, 3 (15.15%) occur in the left leg, and 2 cases (11.11%) occurred in the right lower limb .2 (11.11 %), pain after the first, skin rash, 2 cases (11.11%) only rash no pain, 14 patients (77.78%), rash, pain in the same time.
