Application procedures: 办理外国人就业许可证→办理外国人就业证 Transacting Foreigner Employment License→transacting Foreigner Employment Permit 申请外国人就业许可证需提供下列材料： II. The following documents are needed for applying Foreigner Employment License: 《外国人就业申请表》（由聘用单位填写一式三份，行业主管部门盖章）； 1. Foreigner Employment Application Form (filled in by the Employer in triplicate and sealed by the industry department in charge); 拟聘用外国人的报告（由聘用单位出具、说明聘用原因和理由）； 2. Report of foreigners intended to be employed (issued by the Employer, with causes and reasons for employment); 聘用意向书（由聘用单位出具，如聘书、任命书、委任书、决定等）； 3. Offer of Employment (issued by the Employer, e.g. Engagement Letter, Letter of Appointment, Certificate of Employment, Resolution etc); 拟聘用的外国人履历证明（由国外机构或组织出具或由本人填写及翻译件、由聘用单位盖章）； 4. CV(curriculum vitae) of the foreigners intended to be employed (issued by foreign institutions or organizations or written by the foreigners personally and the copy of translation sealed by the Employer); 拟聘用的外国人从事该项工作的资格证明（学历证明、技能资格证明、由该外国人原工作单位出具从事本专业实际工作二年以上经历的证明；原件及正规翻译社翻译件）； 5. The qualifications of the foreigners intended to be employed for the work (diploma, skills qualifications, certificate of the foreigner issued by his/her original employer to prove that he/she has been working practically in this specialty for two years or more; original copy and translation copy by formal translation agency); 拟聘用外国人的有效护照复印件； 6. Copies of valid passports of the foreigners intended to be employed; 企业批准证书、营业执照及组织机构代码证复印件； 7. The copies of Approval Certificate of Enterprise, Business License and Organization Code Certificate 无犯罪记录证明（由外使领馆或外国警察局出具的原件及正规翻译社翻译件）。 8.
