大枫子皮肤舒对银屑病患者血清新蝶呤水平的影响及其临床疗效观察 观察大枫子皮肤舒治疗血热型寻常性银屑病的疗效，探讨新蝶呤(Npt)作为评价中医药治疗银屑病的客观指标的可行性。方法选择78例血热型寻常性银屑病患者。随机分为大枫子皮肤舒治疗组(38例)和消银颗粒对照组(40例)，疗程2个月。ELISA法检测血清Npt水平。比较分析两组患者治疗前后PASI评分及血清Npt水平。结果治疗结束后大枫子皮肤舒(86．84％)总有效率高于消银颗粒组(67．50％)(P0．05)。两组银屑患者治疗前后血清Npt水平与PASI评分相平行。治疗结束后牛皮癣Ⅱ号汤剂组(7．09±2．21 nmoL／L)血清Npt水平低于消银颗粒组(11．45±2．17 nmoL／L)(PO．05)。结论大枫子皮肤舒治疗血热型寻常性银屑病疗效确切，可显著降低血清Npt水平：血清Npt水平可以作为评价中医药治疗血热型寻常性银屑病疗效的客观指标。 Effects of Psoriasis II Docoction On Serum Neopterin in Psoriasis Patients HUA NG Rng．TlA N J流毒，CHEN Qing--yanl J．‰Seventh People j Hospital of Shenyang,Shenyang 1 10003,China；2．Liaoning Unviers蚵of Traditional Chinese Medwine，Shenyang 1 10032，Chinn Abstract：Objot21live To investigate the clinical effects of psoriasis II decoction on treating blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris。and to study the role of serum neopterin(Npt)level in measuring the effects of Chinese medicine treatment in psoriasis．Methods 78 patients of blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups．38 cases in treatment group were treated with psorioasis II dcoction．and 40 cases in control group were treated with Xiaoyin Keli．Serum Npt level was detected by ELlSA．and the relationship between serum Npt level and PASI$COre of the two groups Was analyzed．Results 111e total effective rate in psorioagisⅡgroup WaS hi er than Xiaoyin Keli group(86．84％VS．67．50％．X2= 4．11．PO．05)．There was a significant correlation between pretreatment or posttreatment Npt levels and PASI scores in all patients．After treatment，Npt levels of treated group Wag lower than those of control group(7．09±2．21nmol／L VS．11．45±2．17 nmol／t,P0．05)．Conclusion Psorioasis n decoction shows asatisfactory effect on blood—heat type psoriasis vulgaris，and it canobviously lower the Npt levels．Serum Npt levels Can be considered as蛐useful marker for measuring the effect of Chinese medicine treatment in blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris． Key words：psoriasis；neopterin；psoriasis II docoction 银屑病(psoriasis)是一种常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病，其病因及发病机制尚
