[Method] 52 patients with knee osteoarthritis patients were first intra-articular injection of chitosan after 1 week with the medicine Fumigation and rationale for muscle rehabilitation, treatment time 20 ~ 30d, observe the effect. [Results] cured 25 cases, 19 cases were markedly effective in 6 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate 96.1%. Follow-up after treatment for 6 months to 1 year, no recurrence or increased. [Conclusion] Chitosan and traditional Chinese medicine Fumigation right knee osteoarthritis has good curative effect.
