Methods endovascular therapy treatment of 25 cases of intracranial aneurysms in patients given postoperative lumbar puncture, anti-vasospasm treatment. Results 100% embolization 11 cases, 95% embolization, 10 cases, 90% embolization in 4 cases. No deaths were followed up, further restoration of function in patients, all patients had subarachnoid hemorrhage again. Conclusion of intracranial aneurysms with Guglielmi taken off the micro-spring ring treatment and integrated treatment can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with significantly reduced mortality and morbidity. [Keywords:] intracranial aneurysm, Guglielmi detachable coils, endovascular treatment Abstract: Objective To conclude the experience of GDC360 embolization therapy in treatment of acute ruptured aneurysms.Methods 25 patients with intracranial aneurysm were involved in this study and they were treated with different intravascular therapy techniques, anti-artery-spasm treatment and lumber centesis after therapy . Results 11 patients suffered from 100% embolization, 10 patients suffered from 95% embolization, 4 patients suffered from 90% embolization, and no patients died after the operation, moreover, the patients were recovered gradually. Conclusions Acute stage intravascular therapy as well as comprehensive measures can effectively improve the outcome of patients with ruptured aneurysms, and also reduce the rate of the death and illness obviously.
