Closed treatment of distal clavicle fracture pinning experience of 15 cases
Of: Huang Hung, Sun Kemin, Pei Daiping
[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the closed pinning of distal clavicle fracture fixation for the treatment of clinical efficacy. Methods closed manipulative reduction, percutaneous fixation of distal clavicle fracture type in 15 cases. Results After X ray showed anatomical reduction in 6 cases, 9 cases of nearly anatomic reduction, acromioclavicular joint structure of relations were back to normal. excellent shoulder function in 13 cases, accounting for 86.7%, satisfactory in 2 cases, accounting for 13.3%. Conclusions Closed pinning fixation distal clavicle fracture with fixed Indeed, trauma, shorter treatment cycles, the financial burden of light, fracture healing, and good functional recovery, is worthy of clinical use.
[Keywords:] closed pinning of distal clavicle fracture fixation
Distal clavicle fracture is more common and more direct impact caused by the shoulder, according to Rockwood classification [1] can be divided into three types. A) type: slightly displaced fractures, fractures in the ligament and oblique cone between ligament, b) type: Fracture moderate shift, according to fracture the relationship with the coracoclavicular ligament is divided into two subtypes. a type: a complete coracoclavicular ligament, coracoclavicular ligament fracture at the medial end point, b Type: Cone ligament rupture, a complete oblique ligament, fracture in the cone between the ligament and oblique ligament, c) type: coracoclavicular ligament in lateral fractures involving the articular surface, which is often associated with acromioclavicular fracture subluxation (see Figure 1). our department from October 2004 to May 2006, the use of closed reduction and percutaneous pinning techniques internal fixation of distal clavicle fracture type in 15 cases, satisfactory results were obtained, are as follows.
