Conclusions MRCP can True FISP sequence and a good judge whether bile duct obstruction, the diagnosis of obstructive sites was no significant difference between the two. MRCP of the pancreatic duct as a whole showed better, so the small bile duct lesions easily missed. for the display of the pancreatic duct, MRCP is also significantly better than True FISP sequence. As for the bile duct obstruction caused by foreign disease, True FISP sequence can provide MRCP the disease can not provide information on the obstruction can cause a more accurate diagnosis be made.
