[Results] DSA detected the left side of the human vertebral artery diameter (307 ± 06645) mm, the right side (324 ± 05628) mm, mean diameter (316 ± 05917) mm, the minimum is 229mm, a maximum of 424mm; CTA detection of vertebral the left side of the left artery diameter (299 ± 07146) mm, the right side (318 ± 05432) mm, mean diameter (309 ± 06279) mm, the minimum is 204mm, a maximum of 425mm; two kinds of detection methods to measure the value was not statistically significant differences; left vertebral artery diameter was not statistically significant. [Conclusion] CTA vertebral artery shows a higher sensitivity and accuracy at the same time can be observed with the bone structure of the anatomical relationship.
