Results CT manifestations in 10 cases of CG and the triangle for the bladder neck in 7 cases, the right anterior wall in 1 case, involving the entire bladder wall in 2 cases .8 cases CT scan showed bladder wall thickening or was nodular, flat mound-like protrusion to the bladder cavity soft tissue density, the size of 1.0cm × 0.8cm ~ 4.3cm × 5.9cm, 2 diffuse thickening of the bladder wall, the edge finishing .2 cystic lesions were seen in low density .9 cases of bladder wall smooth. precontrast CT value of 17 ~ 49Hu, average 35Hu, enhanced scan showed a lesion no enhancement or mild irregular enhancement or ring enhancement, CT value of 30 ~ 80Hu, the average 62Hu. Conclusions CG more occurred in the bladder neck and trigone, spiral CT can clearly show the lesion, the size, shape, density, and strengthen the relationship between features and surrounding tissue, and differential diagnosis in the CG has significant value.
