Demineralized tooth pulp method and the split was observed taking dental pulp tissue Comparison of VEGF expression
[Abstract] Objective: The split tooth decalcification and dental check marrow vascular endothelial growth factor in the dental pulp (vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF) immunohistochemical staining results of the comparison discussed in demineralized tooth Immunohistochemical study of dental pulp in the application. Methods: The orthodontic treatment need for removal of the health of the apical foramen completely closed 30 mandibular premolars, respectively, split by tooth decalcification and dental check dental pulp production joint slices and pulp sections for VEGF immunohistochemical staining, observed under the microscope and tissue staining results between the two structural features. Results: The tooth decalcification method were combined slice of dental staining result is good, dental pulp cells , odontoblasts, dentinal tubules clear structure, VEGF staining was clear spatial orientation; split tooth pulp method were obtained odontoblast pulp incomplete sections, tissue thickness varies, poor contrast staining. Conclusion: Dental decalcified technology in the pulp tissue immunohistochemical staining of the effect is good, clear structure, to preserve the pulp tissue.

[Abstract] Objective: To compare immunohistochemical staining results of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in human dental pulp by decalcification and splitting teeth and explore the application of decalcification in immunohistochemical study of human dental pulp. Methods: Thirty healthy and mature mandibular premolars were collected for orthodontic reasons and studied with VEGF immunohistochemistry staining respectively by decalcification and splitting teeth, produced two different dental pulp sections and to observe the staining results between the two
