Methods 81 patients were retrospectively analyzed clinical data of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis. Results in 81 cases, 73 cases of calculous cholecystitis, acalculous cholecystitis in 8 cases, 44 cholecystectomy patients, subtotal cholecystectomy in 22 cases, cholecystectomy, common bile duct exploration and (or) stone, T tube drainage in 9 cases, gallbladder fistula in 4 cases, 2 died. Conclusion Once diagnosed elderly patients with acute cholecystitis, as soon as possible surgery, keeping in mind the treatment and perioperative monitoring of vital organs.
