Methods: A retrospective analysis of 58 patients with clinical manifestations of intussusception in adults, type, diagnosis and treatment. Results: 55 cases of paroxysmal abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, 34 cases, abdominal mass in 38 cases. Intussusception caused mainly due to inflammatory edema (11 cases), benign (15 cases) and malignant (10 cases). 55 patients received surgical treatment, three routine barium enema. 58 cases were discharged.
