Methods 24 rats were randomly divided into Quiet group (C group), endurance training group (E group), high-intensity interval training group (S group) and the suspension group (D group) 4 groups of 6 rats trained for 8 weeks; by Bedford training programs endurance training is equivalent to 65% VO2max; the last 24 h after training the rats were killed under resting state, the liver. by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay testing (quantitative) were determined in liver IGF 1, IGFBP 3, and leptin receptor levels . Results E group IGF 1 protein was significantly higher than C group (P lt;0.05); S group IGFBP 3 protein was significantly higher than C group (P lt;0.01); S group IGFBP 3/IGF 1 ratio was significantly higher than the E group (P lt;0.05); E group, S group was significantly higher than leptin receptor C group (P lt;0.05). Conclusion Exercise-induced IGF 1, IGFBP 3 and leptin receptor content with the way sport and exercise intensity sensitivity for IGF 1 and IGFBP 3 ratio between the appropriate for human health will be of great significance. Methods 24 male SD rats were randomly and equally divided into 3 groups: control (C), endurance exercise (E), speed exercise (S) and suspending groups (D). Bedford’s exercise program was adopted in this study, exercise intensity of E was seemly equal to 65% VO2 max.The rats were sampled after 8 weeks exercise training. After the last training 24 h, the rat was killed, the content of IG
