The theory of the algorithm is expounded, at the same time, the w ay of gathering data and its opera tion speed are offered. A nd then, the prec ision of the algorithm is analyzed by computer simulation and how to improve the precision is introduced farther. A nd it s show ed that the algorithm can satisfy amajority of measure and has application value. Finally, the algorithm is verified by an instance again.
