Mice in this group were killed in the 9th week. Liver pathological changes were observed. Lycopene treatment group, 50mice, was intragastric administrated with lycopene after 9th week and then were killed in batch in 1,2,3,4,5 weeks later. Placebo group, 10 mice, intragastric administrated with 9% NS instead. ALT, AST in serum were measured.
