Methods 120 patients with stroke were divided according to rehabilitation start time within 15 d after onset (early group) and 60 patients after the onset ofgt; = 15 d (late group) 60 patients, two groups of treatment and rehabilitation treatments generally are the same, before and after treatment in the treatment of 1 month, 2 months for FIM were evaluated. Results FIM assessment before treatment was no difference between the two groups was significant ; rehabilitation therapy at 1 month, 6 patients in early group and functional independence, the late group, 0 cases; 2 months after treatment, FIM assessment of the early group was significantly better than the late group (P lt;0.05). Conclusion rehabilitation training can improve the patient functional movement disorders, early intervention rehabilitation functional recovery is good.
