Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, reproducible and can be used as enteritis Ning tablets by TLC method. MethodsHerba euphorbiae humifusae, Hedyotis chrysoticha, Radix cinnamomi camphorae, Elsholtzia Ciliata Hyland, the 4 components of the Tablet, were identified by the method, after developed with suitable solvent.ResultsThe eluents for Herba euphorbiae humifusae, Hedyotis chrysoticha, Radix cinnamomi camphorae, Elsholtzia Ciliata Hyland were petroleum n-Hexane: EtAe = 5:1, CHCl3: EtAe: HCOOH = 5:3:1, CHCl3: EtAe: MeOH = 5:3:0.5, and Acetone: 36% HAC = 2:1 by Polyamide Film Chromatography respectively.ConclusionThe method is simple, reliable, specific and can be used for quality control of Changyanning Tablet.
