Results 5 weeks after reperfusion, balanced swelling fluid perfusion group articular cartilage morphology, histology completely normal, cartilage proteoglycan content in more than two control groups. Conclusion equilibrium swelling fluid can maintain or even increase cartilage proteoglycan content of articular cartilage have a more significant protection, nutrition role in promoting cartilage restoration, little impact on the joints, arthroscopic surgery is a more ideal fluid . Methods The knee joints of 24 rabbits (48 knee joints) were chosen and randomly divided into balance antioncoti lavage fluids group , sodium hyaluronate group, and Ringger’s solution group and blank group. Morphological and histological change of articular cartilage at after perfusion, 1,2 and 5weeks were observed. Results Morphological and histological change of articular cartilage of balance antioncoti lavage fluids group was normal at 5 weeks after perfusion. The content of proteoglycan was better than other two control groups morphologically. Conclusions Balance antioncoti lavage fluids can keep or increase the content of proteoglycan, it can protect and nutrit
