[Method] 56 patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 28 cases were observed Application layer Prolene mesh group thrown into the gifted Lixin 3.0 g, control group were applied layer Prolene mesh tension-free inguinal hernia repair, the two groups were observed in patients with wound complications, postoperative hospital stay and recurrence rate. [ Results] observed rapid recovery after operation, no infection and other complications and no recurrence; and the control group, 5 cases of postoperative infection, 4 cases of recurrence. [Conclusion] The experience of the modified double-Prolene mesh used in the groin tension-free hernia repair surgery is easy to operate, rapid postoperative recovery, fewer complications, no recurrence and so on.
