Results 25 cases were cured (89.3%, 3 patients died, died because of hemorrhagic shock, peritoneal infection and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS. Conclusion The Reasonable surgical treatment can improve the success rate of pancreatic injury grade distal pancreatectomy with and fully reliable drainage is the key to reducing complications.
