Method from January 2000 to January 2008 were treated 396 cases of intertrochanteric fractures treated with closed reduction and minimally invasive Gamma nail fixation, early postoperative for rehabilitation training, the X-ray examination before weight-bearing bone healing walk. Conclusion Gamma nail fixation for trauma, Patients can be out of bed early activities, fracture healing is good, rapid recovery, the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly ideal fixation method.
