Conclusion TGF1 involved in the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis, ginkgo preparations on pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin have some preventive effect, its mechanism may be through down the expression of TGF1, inhibit the deposition of extracellular matrix, thus blocking off the development of pulmonary fibrosis.
