[Method] 17 patients with SHPT based on conventional hemodialysis on the use of HA resin hemoperfusion combined with active vitamin D pulse therapy, before and after the self-control, observation and treatment of serum parathyroid hormone response to the whole paragraph (iPTH), calcium, phosphorus, hemoglobin, and changes in clinical symptoms. [Results ] After treatment, the iPTH decreased significantly (P lt;0.01), increased serum calcium, phosphorus decreased, increased hemoglobin, clinical symptoms improved. [Conclusion] The blood perfusion (HP) combined active vitamin D pulse therapy on the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism hyperfunction results were satisfactory.
