The results showed that children with long-term fever, anemia, reduced platelets, liver and spleen progressive swelling, with chronic active EB virus infection, serum lactate dehydrogenase, ferritin was progressive increased pleomorphic small lymphocytic infiltration of bone marrow stromal , intrahepatic lymphocytes infiltrating strong proliferative T cell marker CD3 expression and activation of cytotoxic markers granzyme B, EB virus mRNA-negative. Conclusion: Hepatosplenic γδ T-cell lymphoma with unique clinical and pathological features, liver and (or) spleen and (or) bone marrow pathology and immunological phenotype analysis assist in diagnosis; EB virus infection may be γδ T cells late event of malignant transformation.
