Methods: ureteroscopy with holmium laser treatment of ureteral calculi and 34 cases of inflammatory polyps. Results: Ureteral upper, middle and lower the stone free rate were 86%, 91%, 100%, followed up 1 to 3 months to drain all the stones; mean operative time was 45 minutes, and intraoperative ureteral perforation did not occur, serious complications such as mucosal avulsion; postoperative fever , hematuria in 3 cases; average hospitalization time 3.2 days. In our hospital from May 2005 to March 2007 Application of holmium laser ureteral stone with 34 cases of inflammatory polyps, satisfactory results are reported as follows. 1 Subjects and methods 1.1 Object The group of 34 patients with ureteral calculi in patients with inflammatory polyps, 19 cases of men and 15 women, aged 23 to 76 years, mean 48 years, 16 cases of ureteral stones on the right, left ureteral stones in 18 cases, 14 cases of upper ureteral stones, middle of 11 cases, 9 cases of the lower course of disease 1 month to 2 years. Preoperative B-urinary tract, abdominal plain film + IVP (KUB + IVP) examination showed varying degrees of ureteral stones with hydronephrosis, which do not develop kidney in 1 case. 21 patients before surgery ESWL (extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy) treatment 1 to 3 times, stones emit little or no discharge. 1
