Methods ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of 73 cases of urinary stones. Of which 57 cases of ureteral stones, bladder stones in 16 cases, seven cases of stone with polyps. Results The rate of a single stone crushing 91.8%. Surgery without ureteral perforation, mucosal tear, no postoperative infection, high fever, severe complications such as obstructive pyuria. Stone surgery in the vast majority of the basic row was exhausted, and after reviewing abdominal plain film, 1 week after row of stone all the best. Hydronephrosis significantly reduced or even disappeared, renal function improved or even returned to normal, non-urethral and ureteral stricture. Conclusion ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of urinary calculi is safe, effective and less complication is characterized by the treatment of urinary calculi in a reliable way.
