Methods To determine the quantity of Baicalin in the Muxiangliqi tablet by HPLC. The mobile phase was MeOH-H2O-Glacial acetic acid (42:55:3). The velocity of flow was 1.0 mL / min. The detectionavelength was 280 nm. The column temperature was room temperature. Results The curve of baicalin was lindar at the range of 0.201 ~ 4.02 μg. The average recovery rate was 96.61%, RSD = 1.10% . Conclusion The method was simple, sensitive and stable, and can be used as the method of quality control for Muxiangliqi tablet.
