[results] IL-17 in cholesteatoma otitis media, non-cholesteatoma otitis media, middle ear canal skin and mucous membranes, the positive expression indexes were (81.6 + - 20.0)% (43.3 + - 25.7)%, (4.7 + - 1.9)% and (5.6 + - 2.3)% in the experimental group compared with the control group significantly (P lt;0.001); IFN- in cholesteatoma otitis media, Non-cholesteatoma otitis media, ear canal skin and the index of positive expression in middle ear mucosa were (65.4 + - 24.0)%, (30.1 + - 24.5)%, (4.8 + - 1.8)% and (4.0 + - 1.6)% difference between experimental and control groups was statistically significant (P lt;0.001); chronic otitis media lesions IL-17 (r = 0.685, P lt;0.001), IFN- (r = 0.662, P lt;0.001) and bone destruction level was positively related. [Conclusion] Patients with lesions of chronic otitis media in IL-17, IFN- increased the expression levels of bone destruction may be related to the occurrence of the disease.
