Results IVF - the state of women’s anxiety scores before egg retrieval was (40.48 + -7.88) points, 13 patients (10.16 %) women in the anxiety state. Multivariate analysis showed: age, family income, family cohesion is its impact factor (P lt;0.05). conclusions of in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer in women’s anxiety before the egg retrieval, medical personnel should factors for its take appropriate measures to promote the in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer women’s health. [Keywords:] in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer; anxiety; family function [Abstract] Objective To investigate the anxiety of infertility women treated with in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer before taking ovum and the influencing factors.Methods A total of 132 infertility women treated with IVF-ET were recruited, who were investigated with questionnaire in the reproductive department of a upper first-class hospital in Beijing, then the results were analyzed by software.Results The anxiety score of infertility women treated with IVF-ET before taking ovum was (40.48 + -7.88), and there were 13 (10.16% ) women in the anxiety state. The age, family income and family cohesion were the impact factors of anxiety by the method of optimal scaling regression (P lt;0.05). Conclusion Some of the infertility women treated with IVF-ET before taking ovum were in the state of anxiety, medical staff should take corresponding measures based on the impact factors, and promote the health of such group.
