Methods 58 consecutive cases of allergic purpura were randomly divided into treatment group C Ball 28 cases, 30 patients with hormone therapy, a separate 40 cases of normal control group were observed rash, joint symptoms, abdominal pain disappeared within 3 months time and renal failure cases, and the results were statistically analyzed. After 3 months of treatment, gammaglobulin treatment group, the incidence of renal damage was significantly lower than the other two groups (P lt;0.01).
