 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 12 Intravenous infusion of azithromycin treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis Efficacy 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pathogenic bacteria infection in non-gonococcal cervicitis, the evaluation of azithromycin for injection treatment of mycoplasma, chlamydia cause clinical efficacy of non-gonococcal cervicitis. Methods A randomized comparative method, 82 cases were selected for clinical patient, including treatment group 42 cases, intravenous drip needle azithromycin 500mg, day 1; control group, 40 cases of oral azithromycin tablets 1000mg, Burton clothing. Results 82 patients with mycoplasma culture was positive 51.2%, Chlamydia trachomatis, 14.6% positive rate. Azithromycin for Injection Azithromycin compared with oral administration of a total cure rate was 66.67% (control group 35%), with a total effective rate was 80.96% (control group 67.5%), injection with the control group was treated with azithromycin Azithromycin statistically the overall cure rate, the total effective difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.01). Conclusion Injection Azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma, chlamydia cause the exact effect of non-gonococcal cervicitis.
