[Methods] The pharmaco  dynamic effects were observed in three experimental models of inflammation, including: swelling increase induced by xylene in mice; granuloma increase by cotton in rats; granuloma caused by implanted croton oil in rats. The analgesia was observed by using: writhe reaction induced by acetic acid in mice, the pain threshold caused by hot p late in mice. [Results] JKLC could distinctively inhibit the inflammatory edema caused by various inflammatory agents and reduce the time of writhe induced by acetic acid in mice, could obviously improve the mouse ‘pain thereshold by hot plate.
