To observe the liver-kidney syndrome, perimenopause 103 patients, 70 treatment group cases, 33 cases of the control group. Yikun oral therapy group treatment for the control group was treated with tibolone tablets, a total of 3 months. 2 groups before and after treatment on clinical symptoms (using the Kupperman score standard), estradiol (E2) , progesterone (P), follicle-stimulating EPO (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), endometrial thickness and other quantitative research. Results of the 2 groups after treatment, clinical symptoms were significantly improved (P lt;0.05), improvement of the treatment group than the control group .2 group after treatment were significantly higher E2 levels (P lt;0.05), treatment group, FSH levels after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased (P lt;0.05) .2 endometrial thickness before and after treatment showed no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05). clinical efficacy in treatment group was 94.29%, 87.88% in control group, treatment group than the control group. Conclusion Kun oral liquid can significantly improve liver and kidney type in patients with perimenopausal syndrome clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels.
