Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2006 to August 2008 Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration for choledocholithiasis 58 cases of clinical data and follow-up results. Results 58 cases were successfully implemented LCBDE. Operative time was 1.1 ~ 3.0h (mean 1.5h), blood loss is about 20 ~ 150ml (mean 60ml), and no case transfer Caesarean section, 58 cases were taken once in every stone surgery. Postoperative recovery anal exhaust 12 ~ 72h (mean 20h), length of stay 4 ~ 7d, T tube placed in 4 ~ 6 weeks, intra-abdominal drainage tube placement time 3 ~ 7d, 3 Li biliary fistula after abdominal drainage 5 ~ 7d self-healing .
