 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 4 Laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of the value of rare ectopic pregnancy [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the specific clinical features of ectopic pregnancy and the feasibility of laparoscopic surgery and surgical methods. Methods: A retrospective review from May 2002 to April 2006 using laparoscopic surgery in our hospital between diagnosis and treatment of 506 cases of ectopic pregnancy, including rare ectopic pregnancy clinical data of 22 cases of interstitial tubal pregnancy, including 8 cases of uterine residual angular pregnancy in 3 cases, 2 cases of uterine intramural pregnancy, abdominal pregnancy, 2 cases, 4 cases of ovarian pregnancy, tubal pregnancy, three cases of stump. Results: 22 cases of special clinical features of ectopic pregnancy: The average time to ovarian pregnancy, menopause, the shortest, the longest tubal interstitial pregnancy; serum β -HCG in order to interstitial tubal pregnancy and a higher uterine rudimentary horn pregnancy, tubal remnant end of pregnancy and ovarian pregnancy is lower; 22 cases of rare ectopic pregnancy, in addition to two cases of transit laparotomy, the rest were completed by laparoscopic surgery, the success rate of 90.91%. Operative time was 20 ~ 80min, an average of 45min, average length of stay 3 ~ 5d, after 7 ~ 21d serum β -HCG returned to normal. Conclusion: Laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of rare ectopic pregnancy early surgery is feasible and safe.
