 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 10 Laryngeal contact granuloma of 46 cases [Abstract] Objective To analyze laryngeal contact granuloma of the clinical features, its diagnosis and treatment are discussed. Methods We reviewed the June 2005 ~ June 2010 46 cases of laryngeal contact granuloma of the clinical data, including history, symptoms , clinical examination, treatment and prognosis. Results 19 cases of patients with acid-fast, break the sound application of steroid hormones lesions disappeared after conservative treatment, 5 patients improved, 22 cases of patients with ineffective conservative treatment, 16 patients were cured, improved in 3 cases, 3 cases of recurrence, of which 1 underwent re-operation while giving the ipsilateral thyroarytenoid muscle injection of botulinum toxin A cure. Conclusion The cause of laryngeal contact granuloma more incidence of different characteristics of men and women. After diagnosis, etiology and clinical features should determine the individualized treatment plan. Conclusion laryngeal contact granuloma has many etiological factors, its clinical characteristics is different. Treatment should be individualized according to etiology and clinical fe
