Methods: 2003-01/2005-03 among outpatients in our hospital by fundus fluorescein angiography confirmed 86 cases of patients with CSC (92), and application of laser fundus fluorescein leakage points directly photocoagulation. Results: Laser treatment of CSC cure rate as high as 88%, and an average of vision has been greatly improved. Conclusion: Laser treatment of central serous retinopathy is an effective and reliable method of treatment. It is closed leak-point accuracy, can significantly shorten the course of the disease, improve eyesight and cure rate, improvement of visual function and reduce the relapse rate.
