 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 14 Laparoscopic cholecystectomy bile duct transection injury causes and countermeasures [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the laparoscopic cholecystectomy (laparoscopic cholecystectomy, LC) characteristics of the bile duct injuries and treatment. Methods: The review and sum up three cases of LC bile duct surgery injury cross-sectional clinical data, cross-sectional analysis of three cases of bile duct injury causes and countermeasures. Results: The cross-sectional nature of bile duct injury in 3 cases, surgery was found in 1 case, surgery was found in 2 cases; bile duct repair (anastomosis) T tube drainage in 1 case support, biliary-enteric Roux  en  Y anastomosis in 2 cases. Conclusion: Laparoscopic standard physician training and improve the laparoscopic operating techniques, strict quality control procedure, to avoid blind self-confidence, attention to anatomical variations, pathological abnormalities, and timely transfer operation is the key to prevention of bile duct injury. All the cases were cured.Conclusions: Familiar with the anatomy of porta hepatis, careful handling of the Calot’s triangle, proper conversion to laparotomy, and avoiding of blind confidence can mutually reduce the incidence rate of bil
