Methods: Hospital from June 2002 to July 2007 were treated 12 cases of bile leakage after LC patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 12 patients with bile leakage in 4 cases were found 24h after surgery, including 3 cases of extrahepatic bile duct injury, 1 case of cystic duct stump titanium clip off; 8 cases of postoperative 48h later discovered, the reason for the gallbladder bed capillary bile leakage, bile duct damage and bile duct vagus heat injury. Surgical treatment of 8 cases, conservative treatment in 4 cases, no death cases. Conclusion: LC focuses on prevention of postoperative bile leak, in case of bile leak should be diagnosed early and select the appropriate treatment methods to reduce the occurrence of serious complications. Methods: The data of 12 cases with bile leakage after LC in our hospital from June 2002 to July 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Four cases occured in 24h postoperatively, 3 cases among them for injury of bile duct outside liver, the other one for the ductus cysticus stump’s clip exfoliation.8 cases occured after LC in 48 hours, because of leakage of cholangiole, injury of aberrant duct or heat injury of common bile duct.There is no death case, 8 cases were treated with operation and 4 with expectant treatment.Conclusions: Pay attention to precantion is the key point to avoid bile leakage in LC.Promptly diagnosis and choose the appropriate treatment can reduce the occurence of the more serious complicatio
