[Abstract] Objective To use membrane separation technology, separation and purification of resveratrol and reduce pollution. Methods Polydatin liquid fermentation was concentrated, with 60% ethanol to the solid-liquid ratio 1:8 at room temperature, extraction, filtering to be filtrate, and then the filtrate treated with the two films, using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) detection the purity of resveratrol. Results microfiltration treatment reached 30.5% purity resveratrol, and then by ultrafiltration membrane treatment, purity of 55.8%. Conclusion This method can reduce production costs, do not use toxic and hazardous solvents, to achieve cleaner production.

Abstract: ObjectiveThe membrane separation technology used in the purification of resveratro and reducing pollution were studied. Methods After liquid state fermentation, resveratro was extracted by 60% ethanol at room temperature, solid / liquid ratio 1:8, the filtrate was obtained by filtering, and dealt it with two membrane equipments, the purity of resveratrol was detected by HPLC. ResultsThe purity of Resveratro reached 30.5% after the microfiltration membrane, and after the ultrafiltration membrane the purity of resveratro could reach 55.8%. ConclusionThis method can reduce the cost of production without toxic and harmful solvents and it can realize clean production.
